About the Speaker:
As the Director of MCAT for MedSchoolCoach, Dr. Ken Tao has emerged as a prominent figure in the realm of medical test preparation. His profound academic journey started at the University of California, Berkeley, where he dual majored, securing a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular and Cell Biology. His outstanding scholarly achievements led to his induction into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa and Tau Beta Pi societies. He also earned the Jeffrey A. Winer Memorial Prize, an esteemed accolade given to the top graduating senior in the neurobiology emphasis of the Molecular and Cell Biology major.
Further enriching his academic credentials, Dr. Tao acquired a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Harvard University, with his scholarly contributions finding a place in prominent journals such as Neuron and Nature Metabolism. His reputation as an exceptional MCAT mentor is nationally recognized, given his vast experience working with thousands of undergraduate students as a graduate teaching assistant, adjunct faculty member, and MCAT instructor/tutor at the Princeton Review and MedSchoolCoach.
