About the Speaker:
Dr. Andre Pinesett is dedicated to empowering students. He is a Stanford Medical School graduate, highly sought-after speaker, and noted authority on student and pre-med productivity, specializing in working with the disadvantaged and underrepresented.
He was told his freshman year of college that he was a below average student who would never get into any medical school. However, he would not be deterred, and he dedicated himself to finding out what made the A-student so exceptional. He found the secrets of successful students, developed a fool-proof study system and transformed himself from an overlooked student into one of the 1.4% of applicants accepted to Stanford Medical School.
Dr. Pinesett has been helping students transform their lives for almost 20 years and has held positions with numerous well-established organizations and universities including serving as a Strategic Consultant to The Princeton Review’s Admissions Counseling Department and Director of the UCI California Alliance for Minority Participation Summer Science Academy.
He hosts The Study Doc Show, available on YouTube and all major podcast platforms. You can check out his comprehensive courses and coaching programs at his website, TheStudyDoc.com. He currently lives in San Diego and enjoys practicing pediatric anesthesia and hitting the beach with his wife and children.
