Workshop Description:
As high achieving students you might sometimes get a weird feeling like you don’t belong in a class, or you don’t deserve certain accomplishments. These are common symptoms of “imposter syndrome”. Join us in this workshop as we explore this topic and many others, such as navigating stereotype threat and performance anxiety. Learn about the science behind building self-confidence and overcoming these challenges.
